Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Obu Nutrition UAE, product quality is our top priority. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or cancellation under the following conditions. Please get in touch with our support team at info@obunutrition.ae for assistance.
Refund Conditions:
- If there was an error in the item(s) or quantities ordered, the value will be credited to your account via the original payment mode.
- Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation:
- Cancellations must be submitted via email within 12 hours of placing the order before dispatching the order.
- All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, including original packaging, accessories, tags, promotional items, and documentation.
